Soderberg Campaign Raises Over $1 Million in Q3

October 12, 2018

Daytona Beach — Today, former U.S. Ambassador and FL-06 Democratic candidate Nancy Soderberg, announced that her campaign raised over $1 million in her latest quarter of fundraising. Soderberg enters the final stretch of the primary with over $2.5 million total raised. With over 8,500 contributions this cycle, the majority of which are $100 or under, Soderberg is running a robust grassroots-led campaign.

“The support and energy we’re seeing for our campaign are incredibly inspiring,” Soderberg said. “What’s clear, now more than ever, is that Floridians are ready to elect a leader who listens to them, and who will stand up for them in Washington. A leader they can be proud of. I’m proud to fight to protect pre-existing conditions for families here and I’m proud of the movement we’re building together.”

Soderberg’s commanding fundraising numbers reflect multiple polls showing the race is a dead heat, including a poll from last week showing Soderberg and her opponent statistically tied, with data projecting undecided voters will move toward Soderberg. Soderberg’s fundraising lead and swift movement in the polls prove that this open seat is up for grabs for Democrats in 2018.
